Our Company Won the Tender for Novomoskovskaya SDPP Refurbishment

Energokaskad CJSC won the tender for Novomoskovskaya SDPP key-ready reconstruction. CCGT with a capacity of 240 MW will be equipped with two LMS100 gas-turbine units manufactured by General Electric. As the result of the realization of the project, Novomoskovskaya SDPP capacity shall increase practically twofold and shall comprise 501 MW. As it may be supposed, electric power output will increase more than fourfold. At this, specific reference fuel consumption for electric power output of a new power-generating set shall comprise 221.9 g/kWh, which is twice lower than that of present Novomoskovskaya SDPP equipment. Project lead time: 2008 – 2010.
